Re: BS 2.3.1.1 keeps dropping contact via WiFi
How I wish that every software programmer had the technical skill and dedication of Birdy. This is the second time that I've posted an issue in the forum in order to have Birdy provide a solution within a day or two from modifications in the pipeline. All the problems that I had with disconnection w...

Re: BS 2.3.1.1 keeps dropping contact via WiFi
Unfortunately, mine never gets beyond about 30% of synchronization and my patience gives up after about 10 attempts. The odd thing is that I cannot find a reason why it should suddenly disconnect. I've tried stopping Kaspersky's anti-viral software but that has no effect. What would be useful, is to...

BS 2.3.1.1 keeps dropping contact via WiFi
I had really good sync between my Nexus S Android and Thunderbird using BS 2.3.0.6 but after upgrading to the latest app (2.3.1.1) I had to upgrade on the desktop with the same. Since then I cannot finish a synchronisation. Connection is dropped either for no obvious reason or sometimes when a dialo...

Re: Synchronization problem with Android
Hi Birdie Thanks for your advice and it has resolved my problem. I'd always had the Axim in its cradle at the time I was trying to synchronise contacts with my Android phone. It worked perfectly once the PDA was removed. Another thing that I'd not been aware about was the IP address changes each tim...

Re: Synchronization problem with Android
Hi I have exactly the same problem with a slight variation in that synchronisation of contacts worked normally and well the first time I set it up. The only difference on subsequent attempts to synchronise contacts with BirdieSync could be due to the upgrade of BirdiSync 2.2.0.0 to 2.2.0.1. What hap...

Re: BirdieSync 2.0.0.0 beta - bug reports
Using BirdieSync beta-q to synchronise with a Dell Axim v51 synchronisation occurs normally but a warning dialog box appears on the Axim saying that it cannot activate BirdiSync. Doesn't seem to make any difference to the synchronisation but ...?
