Re: Recurrent events with some occurences deleted on phone - synchro problem
Hello Birdy, Thanks for your answer. It was weekly events of 2 hours until a specific date with 3 individual occurences deleted (like a lecture for 3 months with some dates missing due to holidays) created on my phone (Android 9.0). I used "aCalendar+" last version (2.0.9) with a Birdiesync synchron...

Recurrent events with some occurences deleted on phone - synchro problem
I created several recurrent events on my phone (Android 9.0) and also deleted also some occurences of these recurrent events. After synchronizing my phone (BirdieSync 3.0.0.16) to my PC with Birdiesync 3.2.2.2, all recurrent events were created on Thunderbird 60.6.1 calendar, but the deleted occuren...

Re: Keeps asking for deletion of all desktop contacts
Hi Birdy I think I found the solution: indeed after a reboot the Nexus moved all contacts to my gmail account on the Nexus, but they were NOT uploaded (as intended) becaue I switched off syncinc contacts with my google-online-account. But they were shifted from the Birdysync account to the gmail ac...

Re: Contacts Sync only in one direction
@Eric: Actually, the difficulty with Android is that the situation vary with the manufacturer which can customize the contact application. The first "Phone" account displayed in the contact account list in BirdieSync settings is a kind of "default" account. Note that this phone account has no "type...

Re: Contacts Sync only in one direction
Hello Dirk & Eric, When you open BirdieSync settings on the Android device (BirdieSync application, click on "Settings" button, select "Contact" tab), which contact accounts did you select to be synchronized ? Do you have other accounts that you haven't selected ? Thanks. Hello Birdie, On my Androi...

Re: Contacts Sync only in one direction
Hi,
I have also the same problem with Birdiesync 2.3.6.0, Thunderbird 7.0, WinXP SP3 Pro and my mobile phone LG Optimus P500 Android 2.2.
A new contact created on my mobile phone is not synchronised in TB7 address book.

Re: 2.3.3 Birdiesync Android bug?
Hello Birdy,
This message was only in BirdieSync on Windows XP (in "Birdie windows" "log" after synchronisation).
But I don't have it anymore after a phone reboot.

Re: 2.3.3 Birdiesync Android bug?
After opening Birdiesync in Android and rebooting my phone, the bug seems to be gone. Whenever I modify, create or delete a contact, I have no more "strange" event synchronization. Something was not correctly updated the first time. Thank you for the work of development and regular update of this ex...

2.3.3 Birdiesync Android bug?
After upgrading to Birdiesync 2.3.3.0 with Thunderbird 3.1.11 + Lightning 1.0 beta2 (Win XP SP3 32 bits), I have noticed a strange application's behaviour: Whenever I modify a contact in Thunderbird, it is synchronized correctly on my Android Device (LG Optimus one P500). But afterwards when my even...

Re: Would be great to have a HowTo for wine/linux
I haven't try to use BirdieSync with wine under Linux, but the missing Linux support of BirdieSync is really annoying. I am also interested in comments of your post and I hope that someone could share experience...

Re: Linux support
As I see that an Android version of BirdieSync is in development, it would be nice too to have a version for Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, etc.) or to make it usable with Wine. Netbooks are so much faster with Linux.
I dream of a multiplatform BirdieSync (Windows, Linux, MacOs X) and (WM, Android, iPhone).
