I could reproduce a similar problem which should have happened since last update of the app. A fix is being implemented and tested.

Re: Is Skype borking my sync?
Hello osh000, On Android, contacts are stored in different accounts. Usually a different app manages each account. For instance, you may have a Phone account, a Google account, a Skype account, a BirdieSync account, etc. When you look at a contact, you'll see a unique contact. But actually this cont...

Re: new conact not syncing
"vnd.sec.contact.phone" is the default local account that Samsung devices use to store contacts. It is usually recommended to use this account because the Contact app is perfectly suited to manage this account (for instance postal address may be split into street, zip code, town, etc.). That's why I...

Re: new conact not syncing
Hello Alex, If the contact is not synchronized, it may be that its address book is not selected to be synchronized. If you reconnect the Android device, do you still have the same problem ? Does this contact belong to a group on Android ? Or no group ? Did you select to be synchronized the address b...

Re: Birdiesync says "Successfully completed" but Galaxy S5 events not synced
Hello renl60, Thank you for the update. Usually if events are not synchronized, it's because they are located in a calendar which is not selected to be synchronized. So the first thing to check is in which calendar events are created and located. Looking at the details of the event on Android should...

Re: After Sync "My event" appears in Android S9 calendar with multiple dates
I wonder if these "My event" events on Android could not match empty events in Thunderbird. Could you check if you don't have empty events in Thunderbird calendars ? If these events are present in Thunderbird, since you synchronize in "Read only" mode, BirdieSync could recreate these events if you d...

Re: Unexpected Error on sync
Hello Warwick,
While your mobile device is connected to BirdieSync server, could you please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
Thanks.

Re: After Sync "My event" appears in Android S9 calendar with multiple dates
Helle Art S, Do you mean that after synchronization, you have empty events created on your Android device ? Would you have recently added an event in your Thunderbird calendar coming from a mail invitation ? Would it be a single occurrence from a recurring event ? (like an invitation to a single dat...
