Reinstalled BirdieWatcher on PPC from CAB file successfully. By successful I mean that I do not get the error message and the PPC has synched correctly as well. Thanks Birdie. Will reinstall to the main PPC. Last time to get the PPC side of things working I reinstalled BirdieSync on the PC. Is there any simpler way to reinstall everything on the PPC only or do I still have to uninstall and reinstall BirdieSync on the PC again ?

Checked in \Windows\Startup on PPC and it points to \Storage Card\Program Files\BirdieSync\BirdieWatcher.exe which is where I installed it (to the Storage Card).
