how to resolve <null date> failures
WIN 10 64 19042.630 TB = 78.4.3 BS = 3.2.4.2 syncing to Pixel4a (android 11) Every time I sync I get a number of 'unexpected error' failures showing a <null date>. That number increases each time (probably the original amount of errors being added again) If I try to delete the errors by selecting th...

Re: Is Skype borking my sync?
Is wasn't Skype. At some point somehow another instance of BS address book had been created on the phone. I would like to know how? was it an update? This new one appropriated the home icon and would not sync. I tried merging which only doubled the fields within the 'merged' address book. Finally I ...

Is Skype borking my sync?
Android 6.0 TB 60.5.0 BS 3.2.2.1 For some reason not all contacts are syncing from my phone to TB. A little while ago Skype logos started showing up in my contacts next to the BirdieSync logo in 'Accounts' under the contact email field. If a contact has the Skype logo (as well as the BS logo) it wil...

restoring android phone
Hi - Love Birdiesync
HATE setting it up
Had to reset & restore my phone and want it the way it was before. The old profile is still there on my PC but BS wants to create a new one.
How can I get BS to use the old profile? Is there a file I can edit?

keep old events when syncing both ways with iphone
My android phone died and I got an iphone. If I set up Birdie to sync events both ways, it wants to delete 300+ events on the desktop. I read a post here from someone who was doing their taxes and lost important past information by allowing this (should've kept the link - my bad). Is there a way to ...
