Re: License, Support and so on...

Hello Maiskolben, I'm aware that the switch to this new version, especially during the beta, has not been as easy as it should have been. And I'm grateful to the users who installed the beta and gave some feedback. BirdieSync should continue to evolve and improve in the future. Without all the users...

Re: "Source disconnected" 1/2 hour after first sync

It could be for instance because the device goes to sleep after a while.
A modifications is present in Android app 3.0.0.2 which should prevent the device from sleeping if plugged via USB. Does it help or do you still have the same problem ?
Thanks.

Re: Please Help, version 3 makes me crazy

Hello Reinhard, restarting TB hangs with the message "Überprüfe den Funktionsumfang des Servers <mail-serverY> " I may need to send you a new test version to investigate on this. Connecting from Mobile Phone sometimes work, sometimes not. A reboot of both the computer and the mobiles helps most of t...

Re: "Source disconnected" 1/2 hour after first sync

Hello hansiamerica, I think that the problem you report is a different one than renl60. BirdieSync on the Windows Mobile device very likely disconnects because of the important number of events you synchronize. It may be necessary to investigate and see if its possible to improve BirdieSync on Windo...

If yes can you generate a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs...", then send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com If you cannot stop the synchronization, k...

Re: cannot find local host

Hello prn, So when you connect your Android device via USB, you never see your Android device appear in BirdieSync Synchronization view on the PC ? If yes, it would mean that BirdieSync doesn't detect that the Android device is plugged to the PC. If you restart BirdieSync (menu File/Exit, then relau...

Re: Birdiesync 3.0 - final version after test period

I'm aware that the new interface may seam more complicated and require some time to adapt to it. BirdieSync will continue to evolve in the future. There is already a user manual (you can have a look at menu Help/Help where you'll find various information) and a few configuration examples described i...

Re: standard TB Adressbook

Hello mcstoned, I'll add some precisions. "No group" means "All the contacts which are not assigned to any group". Or in other words "Contacts without group". To display these contacts, you may have to select "All contacts" to be displayed on your device (it may display contacts belonging to any gro...

Re: reoccurring event

Hello cwavontuur,

Could you please give a more detailed example of your recurring event ?
At which date did it start ?
Which frequency did you set ? (daily, weekly, etc.)
When I limit the reoccuring to a week in the past in Thunderbird
Could you tell me how you achieved this ?

Thanks.
