Right after the problem, without restarting Thunderbird, could you send the logs DesktopProvider.log and ThunderbirdService.log (located in C:\Program Files\BirdieSync\log) to support@birdiesync.com ?
I would also be interested in Preferences.xml (located in C:\Program Files\BirdieSync).

The problem was caused by a specific USB device configuration. It was corrected in version 1.3.0.2.

Hello,

These warning are not very important.
Maybe you should have a look to Thunderbird.log or Sunbird.log.
Did you set the time zone for Lightning ?
Did you choose a calendar to synchronize ?

Pour être sûr, le message d'avertissement était affiché par l'installateur de BirdieSync ou bien directement sur le mobile ?
Y a-t-il eu un avertissement de BirdieSync sur la politique de sécurité du mobile et demandant si vous désiriez quand même poursuivre l'installation ?
