Re: Evénements dupliqués via Google agenda
Bonjour Nico_be,
Le calendrier sur le mobile est-il un calendrier Google synchronisé sur le web ? Même question pour Thunderbird ? (le calendrier est-il le même calendrier Google synchronisé sur le web ou bien un calendrier local ?)

Re: How do I stop Sync from deleting eralier events on PC?
Hello John, Actually the reference for an Activation tab was for BirdieSync 2.x version, and not 3.0 version. In the latter, to reset the synchronization, you should open Configuration view, select the source in "Sources" column, select "Events" in Contents, select the calendar whose synchronization...

Re: Windows client Check for Update doesn't find 3.0.2.0
Hello Mike, The mechanism which checks available updates has been modified to offer updates progressively to users. The last version you had (3.0.1.1) may not return that a new version is available, even if you check it manually. This will no longer be the case with new version 3.0.2.0 that you inst...

Hello Kristi, When you open BirdieSync main window on your PC (double click on BirdieSync green icon in Windows task bar), in Synchronization view, is Thunderbird source present and does it appear connected and synchronized ? If yes, right after a successful synnchronization, and while still connect...

Re: Duplicate contacts from mail, WhatsApp, Linkedin, etc
Hello fredp, BirdieSync individually synchronizes each contact present in an Android account. It means that if you have a contact John Doe present in WhatsApp and local Device account on Android, BirdieSync may synchronize 2 contacts (one for each account), even if Android aggregates these 2 contact...

Untick "Launch the synchronization right after the connection of a source". Press OK to save the options. Then connect y...

Re: Sync data update only?
Hello Joker, If I understand well, you would like that BirdieSync synchronize contact modifications in both directions (like the addition of a phone number in a contact) but don't synchronize contact addition or deletion. This is not possible with current version. BirdieSync manages all operations (...

Re: ToDo List
Hello ghowe, I'm sorry, but by now, BirdieSync doesn't synchronize Android tasks. There is no official task application on Android. If you have one, it's very likely a third party task application, possibly provided by your manufacturer. So it's difficult to provide a task synchronization solution w...

Hello gcastro, When you said that you chose the "Phone" account where to synchronized your contacts, did you select "Phone" or "vnd.sec.contact.phone" ? Re: Virus IDP.ALEXA.51 in Birdiesync.exe ?
BirdieSync requires administration rights to get installed. The second error might be related to the same problem. If you download again BirdieSync from BirdieSync web site (in Download section), do you have a shield icon on downloaded BirdieSyncSetup file ? If you select BirdieSyncSetup file, right...

Re: Virus IDP.ALEXA.51 in Birdiesync.exe ?
Do you have a "BirdieSync" directory already created in Program files (x86) ? (if yes, remove it manually) Does the problem only occurs with BirdieSync.exe ? I mean, can BirdieSyncSetup install other files in BirdieSync directory before stopping on BirdieSync.exe ? When you look at the icon of Birdi...

Re: Virus IDP.ALEXA.51 in Birdiesync.exe ?
Hello pkfraser,
I checked BirdieSync.exe (3.0.1.1) with virustotal and no problem was found with 52 antivirus, including AVG (with update 20160722).
Could you please ensure you have the latest version of AVG software, including the latest update of the virus definition database ?
Thanks.
