Actually, Configuration.txt would be one of the most important. If possible, BirdieSync.log files in server and Android source would be also interesting to check synchronization running. Avast accepted to whitelist last versions of BirdieSync executables. Let me know if you still have troubles.

BirdieSync executables 3.2.1.2 and 3.2.0.1 have been submitted to Avast to be whitelisted. I'll see if they give any feedback.

BirdieSync version 3.2.1.0 which supports Thunderbird 60.x has just been released. Note that Thunderbird 60 no longer supports Windows XP and Vista. You may update to this new version with BirdieSync menu "Help/Check for update...".
