Hello slengfe, I have set the contact configuration to the one which should be able to sync TB several address books to one iPhone address book. Do you mean that you selected "group" virtual address book mode for your iPhone in BirdieSync configuration ? ("each contact group represents an address bo...

Re: Sync Preview Information Can't Be Deleted
Hello dennisbrennan, If you want that the "Preview of operations" window is not displayed at the beginning of each synchronization, click on the "magnifying glass" button on the right of the synchronization progress bar, or untick menu "File/Preview operations". But note that by default, if you are ...

Re: Groups
I'm not familiar with the add-on you mention. If it writes to the usual contact category field in Thunderbird local database and doesn't have its own way of storing contacts or contact category, then the following may apply: Usually if you want to synchronize Thunderbird categories to Android, it is...

Re: Groups
Hello pewe,
When you talk about "categories" for contacts in Thunderbird, do you mean the "Category" fields which is not available by default in Thunderbird user interface ? Do you use a specific add-on to access to this field for each contact ?
Thanks.

Re: Deleting Calendar on Android Birdiesync Account
The way to remove calendar is mentioned in BirdieSync Help (BirdieSync menu "Help/Help...") in section "Configuration/Android accounts", paragraph "Remove calendars". But I admit it may be easy to miss or not easy to find, and there is not suggestion on how to activate the menu button if not present...

Re: End date before start date on Lightning
Hello Bulldoghynds57, Right after the synchronization, and while your mobile device is still connected (this is important to be able to retrieve its logs), could you please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com ? Could...

Re: Two users with common calendar
Presently, BirdieSync is more designed to run on a single Windows user account, with possibly 2 Thunderbird profiles (one for each user) on this single Windows user account. I'll first describe this procedure, even if it's not your specific configuration but it may give some hints. By default Birdie...

Hello Håkan,
So each of you has its own independent Thunderbird profile, stored in its own Windows user account ?
Thanks.

Re: Désinstalation impossible
Le problème devrait être corrigé dans la version 3.0.2.2. Il est possible d'installer cette version par-dessus la précédente, puis de lancer la désinstallation.

Hello burley,
Upload the file on http://www.virustotal.com if you have any doubt.
Today, the setup file downloaded from BirdieSync web site shows no problem with 55 antivirus.
Ensure to have latest version of your anti-virus and virus definitions file.
