Re: iphone app crashes on update, cannot uninstall
The "Waiting" state would not be displayed in the list of apps. In iPhone Settings/General/Usage, in the list of all apps, is BirdieSync app displayed ? (you may have to press "Display all apps" at the bottom of the list. If yes, could you press on BirdieSync app and tap on the "Remove app" button ?

Re: iphone app crashes on update, cannot uninstall
In iPhone Settings/General/Usage do you have storage left ?
If you have an app in the Waiting state, it should still be present in the list of apps under the storage information. You may tap on this app and try to remove it. Then reinstall it.

Re: Impossible to connect to host
Hello hem, You don't succeed in connecting your Android device and Thunderbird ? Re: Virus IDP.ALEXA.51 in Birdiesync.exe ?
Hello Javier, Anti-virus use heuristics, and not perfect algorithms to detect viruses. So they try to "guess" if a file could be infected and sometimes they signal "false positive". Each time in the past an anti-virus detected BirdieSync as a virus, it was a false positive. I submitted last BirdieSy...
