Correction of the following bugs:
- Waiting delay for Thunderbird launch was too short, especially after first installation, which could lead to an "Attention required" without any synchronization.
- At first synchronization, the number of elements to synchronize was properly displayed but no elements were synchronized, leading to "Unresolved items"
