Error while installation

After nearly 60% off the installation-procedure, an error occured;

An Error occurred while cleaning extension cache


After that, BS is running, but no device is found, noth pathes in Thunderbird are available......


Surchin here, using google too, has brought no hint, I'd understood...

Hello Joska,

After you get the error, could you send to support(at)birdiesync.com the log "Install.log" located in:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<users name>\Application Data\BirdieSync\Log\
Vista/7: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\BirdieSync\Log
(Application Data is a hidden folder: in explorer window, you must check the option "Show hidden files and folders")

Could you tell me which version of BirdieSync you try to install ?
