Unfortunately some anti-spam mechanisms can prevent you from receiving mails from birdiesync.com.
So first check that mails from BirdieSync were not considered as SPAM and moved to your Junk folder.
Then send another email mentioning an alternative mail address that could be used to contact you.
You can also send a private message to Birdy in the forum.
