NO Sync at all, no Mailbox OPtions, German OS?

Hello,
thanks for the new version and the possibility to run birdiesync with restricted user rights too. i already tried to do a complete reinstall (delete bs on pocket pc, delete thunderbird, delete birdiesync on pc, deleted AS partnerships on pocket pc and pc) - still no luck.
Birdiesync does not sync mails, cards, events, tasks.
Thunderbird > Birdiesync Options > Mail > Mail Folders only shows "Gesendet" and "Papierkorb" no other mail folders
whats going wrong?
