Outbox not synced

Hello,
I'm trying BirdieSync and I found something strange. My mail folders are not very well synchronized. With the Inbox, the Sent Items and the Trash everything is fine. But when I write a message from the PocketPC and tap "Send" the Outbox folder on the Desktop PC is not synchronized with the Outbox folder on the PocketPC. I suppose that the problem is in the BirdieSync options in ThunderBird. In the Mail section, under Mail Folders Tab there isn't a Outbox check box, so the Outbox isn't taken into consideration during the synchronization.
I will be vary greatful if someone has a solution to the problem or an explanation. BirdieSync is a really great soft. I was looking for something like this over an year.
