BirdieSync no longer syncing

Yesterday I was able to sync fine, but I noticed today that when I connected my phone that my calendar was not updating. I looked at the ActiveSync settings, and neither Cards or Events are selected. In fact, there's not event a checkbox next to any of the BirdieSync sources.

This generally indicates that there is a problem on the mobile part.
What happens in ActiveSync window when you connect your mobile ?
