my question is, I use several times tb in offline mode and during sync with birdiesync I get error message that it cant sync the cards. Is it possible to sync with bt in offiline ?

No sorry, it is not possible. If you set Thunderbird in offline mode, you prevent Thunderbird from communicating with the outside, and so with ActiveSync. Thunderbird must be online to be able to synchronize.
