Lightning and Mobile Win 5 problem

I'm using an application unlockes Asus1210 with thunderbird/lightning

when I try and set up the calender and contact sync-ing - these two options are greyed out and I cannot select them

any ideas? i've reinstalled an rebooted and all that lots of times

Hello,

If "cards", "events", etc. is greyed out it's generally that the smartphone is not really application unlocked.
Did you see warnings regarding security policy when you installed BirdieSync ?
Coud you give the content of BirdieSyncInstall.log located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp ?

Note also that after first installation, it is necessary to disconnect and reconnect the mobile to have access to these options.

tried it on a different pc and it worked

not sure why but thats ok anyway
