Internet Connection Sharing

Hello,
I use birdiesync and cand share my GPRS connection of my X500 with my notebook, is it a knowing issue? or how can I fix it?

Hello Max,
Under Windows Mobile 5.0, ActiveSync usually doesn't allow to have another IP connection when the mobile is connected (because ActiveSync uses an RNDIS interface). So you may have problems connecting at the same time with ActiveSync and GPRS or WIFI for instance.
Possible workarounds would be to use a Bluetooth connection for ActiveSync (it works pretty well) or the little program
usbswitch. Its allows to use a serial USB connection instead of using RNDIS.
But install and run this application at your own risk.
