Events Will Not Sync

I have the latest ActiveSync, Thunderbird, and BirdieSync. No matter what I try I cannot get the events to sync. It continues to give me "Attention Required." What can I do to fix this?

Birdy (and anyone that is interested in the quality of service provided),
I want you to know that once again you have provided outstanding service. The issue was solved. Apparently, the problem was caused by a defective event data point.
This software is cool, but the level of service provided by the developer is even better.
