BirdieSync

Hi there

I just wanted to try BirdieSync but haven't succeeded so far :/

I installed everything and went through the steps in the help file but everytime I try to sync I get an error message that "another instance of TB is running and needs to be closed". No matter if TB was started before, is running or from a freshly booted OS. Sometimes I get the message that the BirdieSync Plugin cannot be initialized but when I open up TB everything seems to be fine.

Any ideas?
