Tasks not syncing

Post by phunni »

Using lighting 0.7 and the latest birdie sync (as of Monday anyway...) and, this morning, my tasks were syncing. This afternoon, however, I created a new task in thunderbird, and it's not being copied to my pocket pc...

I'm getting no errors - active sync is saying that every thing's lovely and thunderbird isn't complaining either...

Hello phunni,

Under which operating system are you running ? XP or Vista
How did you launch the synchronization ?
Do you see the alert mentioning the start and the end of the synchronization ?
Did you try to reconnect your mobile and see if it synchronizes the task ?
Do you have a period of synchronization defined for your calendar ?
Thanks.

Under which operating system are you running ? XP or Vista XP
How did you launch the synchronization ? Both allowing it to automatically sync and also manually telling active #sync to sync
Do you see the alert mentioning the start and the end of the synchronization ? Yes
Did you try to reconnect your mobile and see if it synchronizes the task ? Yes
Do you have a period of synchronization defined for your calendar ? I have whatever is the default setting...

Just to confirm the answer to the last question - I have it set to sync up to 1 month in the past - although I'd quite like to increase this...

I'll wait until I'm told whether or not this will affect my problem...

I sent you a mail with information to send to me for investigation so that I can reproduce the problem.
