Hello Thorsten,

Could you check that BirdieSync is installed on the mobile device ?
Is it listed among the programs installed on the mobile device ? (Start/Parameters/System/Programs)

Could you try to uninstall BirdieSync on the mobile, reinstall BirdieSync and check that the installation on the mobile ran smoothly ?
Thanks.
Birdy

Hi,

thanks for the fast reply.

I tried to re-install BirdieSync on the mobile.
While installing I didn't get any errors, and found it in the program list.

But now im getting errors on the mobile whenever I try to sync.
It says it couldn't start BirdieSync correctly and I should restart the mobile.

But neither restarting nor re-installing again did solve this error.

Could you send to support(at)birdiesync.com the file BirdieWatcher.log located in \Program Files\BirdieSync on the mobile ?
Thanks.

You have mail.

Meanwhile I deleted the partnership in the windows mobile center.
I'm still getting an error on the mobile when starting BirdieSync, but nevertheless the syncing works.
