No Profiles for Thunderbird

Hello,

I just installed birdiesync 1.6.3.2 for use with Thunderbird 2.0.0.9 and lightning 0.7. Birdiesync installs find on my computer and on my phone, but when I run TBird for the first time and run the setup for Birdiesync, I can't select a profile to use. I only have one TBird profile, and it's in the normal install directory for Windows. There are no options in the 'Select Profile' list, and if I click 'Use Current' nothing populates. The TBird directory populates fine, just no profile. Any suggestions on what may be going wrong?

Hello,

Do you use the classical version of Thunderbird ? I mean not a portable one ?
Do you have something displayed in ThunderbirdService.log ?
Here is its location:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<users name>\Application Data\BirdieSync\Log\
Vista: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\BirdieSync\Log

Hello.

Yes I have the classical version of Thunderbird. I found the log and I have copied its contents below. It seems that it is trying to find a profile for sunbird, but I don't have Sunbird installed.

The error regarding Sunbird are only warnings.

Could you send the file C:\Documents and Settings\loki\Application Data\Thunderbird\profiles.ini to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
