Time zone selection too small?

Time zone selection too small?

Post by evelyne »

Hi all,

I've some kind of strange problem with the time zone selection and calendar selection within the birdiesync options.
I just upgraded to BirdieSync 1.6.4.0 and wanted to use this moment to finaly switch from outlook to lightning. I did a fresh install of lightning 0.7 (removed my old storage.sdb). The 'Home' calendar is there within thunderbird. But the Birdiesync shows nothing. Also the selection for timezone is really small. What am I doing wrong?

I've uploaded some screenshots to flickr:

Hello Evelyne,

Could you restart Thunderbird, then open BirdieSync options and select the tab with the time zone. Then could you open your error console in Thunderbird, enlarge it at maximum, take a snapshot of it and send it to support(at)birdiesync.com (Menu Tools/Error console, and "Alt-Print screen" to copy the window after having selected it. You must then paste it in your mail, or in a Word, Paint or GIMP document for instance).

Could you also copy again ThunderbirdService.log and Preferences.xml in the parent folder (right after making the snapshot) and sent it also to support(at)birdiesync.com ?

Thanks.

After analyzis, the problem was caused by the string "@@" in one of the Thunderbird folder name. Removing this string solved the problem.
