TB update

Dear Support-Team,
I have a registered version of BS. Some time age my TB updated itself to version 2.0.0.10 and this action rendered BS inoperative. I tried to apply the key sent by you again but Windows says it´s not a valid key, although I know it had worked before. Due to an other (totally unrelated hardware issue) I had to set up my Windows copy again. But I backuped my TB with Mozbackup so all the settings should have remained as before. How can I get my BS work again? The testing time has now run out.
I can send you a copy of my invoice to prove I´ve already bought a license.
