INSTALLATION COMPLETE ON MOBILE-ALTHOUGH DOESNT ACTUALLY ASKS ME WHERE TO SAVE....IT JUST DIRECTLY GOES TO THE SCREEN ON THE DEVICE THAT SAYS INSTALLATION WAS SUCCESSFUL
I TRIED RECONNECTING USB CABLE, SOFT RESET-NO LUCK
PLEASE HELP AS NO CHECK BOXES VISIBLE-GREYED

BirdieSync works with the HTC TYTN II.
Could you confirm that the grayed out checkboxes were BirdieSync ones (cards, events, tasks and mails) and not Outlook one (contacts, appointments, tasks, e-mails) ?
I will need some log files to investigate your problem.
After having connected your mobile device (and synchronized if possible), could you send me all the logs as described in this thread ?

Sorry. I had been looking at my device all this time ! I have how checked the boxes in active sync on my comp! thanks.

Sorry for the delayed feedback, but it still doesnt work.....I have now ticked the boxes. Getting the log files seems too complicated for me.... I ll try when I have more time. Its a shame really...but thanks for your help.
