BirdieSync

I have tried to install Birdiesync 1.6.6.0 on my Motorola Q with Windows Vista and continually get this error.

After syncing once, the device is no longer recognized by WMDC.

Any help?

Sorry, are you sure that it is "BirdieSyncInstall.log" ? It rather looks like Install.log which is located in a different directory (Application Data\BirdieSync).

I got the same log file for 1.6.6. version which in fact is not working at all.
I have HTC Kaiser phone which works great with 1.6.4 version

There is no BirdieSync.log in the temp directory. A search for the file listed the one that I gave you.

Did you try to soft reset (reboot) your mobile device ?
Right after the synchronization (or after the connection if the synchronization never starts) do you succeed in accessing to your mobile files from the desktop ?
If yes, could you send me all the logs as described in this thread ?
