I uninstalled outlook.. now no joy

Hey guys,
I had a trial version of Outlook 2007 installed and after painstaking getting all my data (calendar+contacts) out of Outlook into Thunderbird+Lightning, I uninstalled Outlook (trial was due to expire in a few days).

Now I can't seem to sync anything, any ideas?

Every time I tried to search for an answer on this forum, I kept getting "The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words."
So please forgive me if the answer is staring me in the face. (Infact, I hate it when people don't look for themselves first!)

Any help appreciated!

Could you tell me more about the error you get while synchronizing ?
Could you send the logs to support(at)birdiesync.com with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." ?

Hey Birdy! How are you?

I managed to fix it by restarting my PPC, closing Thunderbird, then connecting USB cable and letting BirdieSync launch thundebird.exe itself.
