No activation code

I paid to register my trial version of Birdiesync but I have not received an activation code and no replies to my emails. I've checked the junk folders and there is nothing there either. Please respond. :(

Hello joyceryan,

I checked and the registration mail was properly sent when you registered. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't reach the recipient. I suppose because of too zealous mail servers which consider it as spam... Spam is a plague not only for people who receive mails but also for people who send mails. :(
The registration mail was sent again. If you still haven't received it, send a mail directly to support(at)birdiesync.com

Thanks for the prompt reply. I've finally found the reply with the activation instructions hidden in the spam filter on my isp's website. Sorry for my incompetence but surely Birdie sync can find some way to make their emails appear legitimate and avoid the spam filters. It seems amazing to me that its always the technology and communications companies who have these problems. Thanks for the help.
