Sync problem, loosing contact picture.

Thanks for all you done.

I meet a problem during my sync, i randomly loose the picture of the contact.

Is this a know bug ?

Hello,

Unless the contact is newly synchronized from Thunderbird (and not present in Pocket Outlook), the synchronization should not overwrite the photo.
Could you identity a procedure that I could follow to reproduce the problem ? Is it really random ?

It's not really random =)

When i loose my pictures, some event, and few contacts are duplicates. I try tomorrow to remove the birdiesync "sync" of my laptop.

I just keep outlook calendar 2k3 and tb at home =)

It's normal to have duplicates either...
Do you have "unresolved items" when you synchronize ?

i post for the same problem with thunderbird 2.0.0.14 and Birdiesync 1.6.9.0
Thunderbird supply a photo category in contact information
i give photo to thunderbird but after synchro the pocket pc (HTC touch WM 6.0 pro) don't display me contact picture
i don't have "unresolved items" when i synchronize...
contact pictures are the only thing that is not synchronized between HTC and PC

"(7) Binary information (pictures for instance) present in Pocket Outlook notes is not synchronized and is erased if the appointment is synchronized from Thunderbird"

Perhaps the contact picture synchro will be avalaible in the next version
