License disappeared

I have been using Birdiesync with Thunderbird for one week without major issues but today I cannot see anymore the license information in Thunderbird. Still the registration key is properly entered. Of course now I cannot synch anymore with my mobile (Windows mobile 6, Blackjack II).
What should I do? Uninstall and reinstall birdiesync? What caused this problem? Thanks

same issue here. I bought the license this weekend and entered the license. In Thunderbird and Sunbird i saw the license was filled in with my name. But today it's gone !?

Any help is welcome.

Me too. no difference using BT-Sync or USB-Sync.
Sometimes it works great, but mostly license does not show up.
Using XP SP 3
TB 2.0.014 wit BirdieSync 1.6.10.0
