I'm testing Birdie Sync for my professionnal use. Actually it doesn't work anyway.
On my smartphone i receive this message :
An error occurred while starting BirdieSync. To avoid later synchronisations errors, please restart your mobile.
I have this configuration :
HTC S710
Vista Pro
Sync center v6.1
Thunderbird V2
Lightning 0.8
Birdsync 1.6.9.0
I think it comes from my HTC, Anyone know how resolve that?
Problem resolved by unlock of the smartphone with the post linked by Birdi

It is very likely because your Smartphone is still "application locked" (you should have seen warnings during the installation).
I suggest you to read the following thread.
If you still have problems to unlock it or you think that it is not related to a "locking" issue, please send the logs to support(at)birdiesync.com with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs...".
