Installation Help

Hello,
I am trying out your software and ran into a snag. The install works however during the install it says I should be able to find a options menu in Thunderbird. I open the Tools menu and do not see what is described. When I try and set up the sync there is no check box next to any of the 4 items and under the heading of "Desktop Computer" it says Not Installed. I am not sure what I did wrong. Please advise.

Hello warderbrad,

Could you tell me the model of your mobile device ?
Which version of Thunderbird, Lightning or Sunbird do you presently have ?
Had you installed a previous version of BirdieSync before installing this new one ?
