Haello,

I'm using XP-MCE, Thunderbird Version 2.0.0.14 (20080421), BirdieSync 1.6.10.0, HTC Athena with WM 6.1

When connecting the PDA Active Sync starts normal, then it takes about 1 minute before any syncing process is starting. In the meantime I get the message from Bidie: "Mobile initialization time out. The connection with the mobile failed. Please disconnect and reconnact" . Any idea ?

Hallo birdie,

log file to be sent immediately.

One additional information. Whene I remove active sync and birdie sync completely, after a reinstall I can sync at least once. Once the mobile has been removed I get the sync problems.
