Cant't sync appointments I get by mail

Hello Birdies,
I'm using Thunderbird to schedule business appointments.
Therfore I get invitations by mail. These get included in Thunderbird without any problems. However, when syncing my PDA I get "unresolved items" with these events. With any other events I include manually in Thunderbird, I don't have problems with syncing.
Who can help ?
