payement done\ license is not obtained

I made a payment of € 19.95 for nearly a week and I have not yet received nor the registration key nor any news or acknowledgement on the part of Callicia.
The thing that creates more hassle me is that I forwarded several emails to the staff but never received a response.
I need a software as working with turderbird and need to synchronize my smartphone with my notebook.
I would like information immediately.

I am sorry for the late answer but yesterday was a holiday here.
Your transfer hasn't been received yet. The license will be sent to you as soon as it is received. It generally takes several working days (note that the WE plus this special day are not taken into account).
