My license can not be registered

Hi all,

Since my purchase of BirdieSync I acquired a new phone but I think, as far as I remember, that it already worked with this one...

When I launch thunderbird and access to the license dialog box, I receive a message telling me that my trial is over....

How to solve this please ... ?

Hello Claude,

After having closed Thunderbird/Sunbird, disconnected, reconnected your mobile device and waited for the end of the synchronization, could you send your logs with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." to support(at)birdiesync.com ?

Birdy,

The problem in my case is that no synchronization occures...

I sent you my BirdieSync log....

Configuration :

ASUS P750 on windows mobile 6.0.
Before I have a HTC Athena PDA Phone device and it works
Is a license created for a specific phone or not ?

Progress on my problem...

I installed the latest 1.7 beta version.

The results were the same thus, my Birdiesync copy launches in trial mode and in the license dialog box I have the message that the period is over...
I also deleted and recreated my partnership on my PDA Phone.

Je vous ai renvoyé une réponse directement par mail suite à l'analyse des logs.

Ok ! j'ai vu ça ... mais malheureusement, (je sais que ce n'est pas bien) je n'ai plus le mail d'origine, devrais-je racheter une licence ?

P.S. : je ne reçois pas de notifications par e-mail du forum est-ce normal ?

Everything is working now even with the 1.7 beta.

For the mail notification of the forum, the problem is solved, the notification ends in my spam folder...
