"Change content sync setting" is grey :(

Hello,
I've got big problem with birdieSync. It was working after first install all day yesterday.
Today I've came to work and plug in my PDA (HTC Kaiser) to USB - BirdieSync - doesn't work.
1) Windows Mobile Device Center->"Change content sync settings" is grey - I can not click to change them
2) This popup window (BirdieSync) with information about synchronization (right-bottom corner of the screen) doesn't show up.
I've plug out and plug in my PDA again and nothing happens (for first time PDA was not detected I plug out and plug in again and it was detected after a while, but the option is still grey and there was no popup window
)
I think BirdieSync can not start on my PDA?
My system is Windows VISTA 32bit.

Is there any support from BirdSync producer here??????????
