I installed Lightning 0.9 and BirdieSync but when I try to Sync 1.7.0.1 my Pocket Pc I have a popup message of incompatibility between the two software.
Could you help me ?

Had you a previous version of BirdieSync installed before upgrading to 1.7.0.1 ?
Is the message of incompatibility a BirdieSync alert ? (raising from the task bar)
Do you have a portable version of Thunderbird or a classical one ?

Hallo,
Yes I had a previous version of BirdieSync installed (release 1.6.9.0)
The messagge is raising from the task bar (I'm not sure if is from BirdieSync or Active Sync) and I use a classical version of ThunderBird (2.0.0.16 )

Hello,
After having closed Thunderbird/Sunbird, disconnected, reconnected your mobile device and waited for the end of the synchronization, could you send your logs to support(at)birdiesync.com with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." ?

Thanks for the logs. Are you sure that you installed BirdieSync 1.7.0.1 ? Because all the versions displayed in the logs are 1.6.10.1.
Could you try to download again BirdieSyncSetup.exe, install it and check that the version displayed in the installer is 1.7.0.1 ?
