Time Zone problem in Australia workaround

In some of the eastern states of Australia the dates for start and end daylight saving are different every year. Normally Windows users just set their system to not update time changes because they are often wrong. But Lightning and Pocket PC don't offer such an option. For the time being, if you're in Victoria or NSW you can set Lightning and Pocket PC to Brisbane since they have no DST. (But they are thinking about it....)
