Errors still unresolved?

After upgrading to the new Thunderbird/Lightning and updating to Birdiesync 1.7.0.3 I still cannot synchronize my contacts. I can synchronize my Calendars both local and remote (Google), and my Tasks, however when I select Cards, my AximX5, display an error ('BirdieSync Error' - An error happened synchronizing this mobile. Please disconnect and reconnect this mobile' - OK) even before activesync can finish 'looking for changes'. So once I select OK on my PPC, the PPC disconnects from the PC, and activesync crashes. If left alone activesync continues through to the notification phase telling me I have xx number of unsynchronized cards, it stops there. If I un-select cards at this point and try to re-sync everything works properly.

I'm wondering if I should try doing a complete hard reset of my device, to see if this continues to happen, but would rather see if anyone else is having this problem, or if a solve is available before completely wiping everything.

Hello,

After having closed Thunderbird/Sunbird, disconnected, reconnected your mobile device and waited for the end of the synchronization, could you send your logs with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
