Purchase/Email Problems

I used BirdieSync for it's trial version then ordered it yesterday online thinking I'd have it and never "loose service".
24 hours later I not only have recieved no emails it appears I cannot email anybody to try and resolve this so I've resorted to posting in the forums. I've sent emails to sales@ info@ and support@birdiesync.com and all have been bounced back to me.
I'd really like to get the key so I can continue using the product. The software has been good to me so far...
