Hi,
Well, i think all my problem is in the topic title...
As soon as I plug my mobile, it opens system32 folder.
This has changed since I use ligthning instead of sunbird.
The sync is correct but this folder opens in a new window.
Do you have a solution (or an explanation so that i can fond the solution) about that ?
EDIT :
Well ! It does this as well when unplugging the device !!!
Sync process opens system32 folder
Re: Sync process opens system32 folder
Hello TheKOD,
If you double click on BirdieTransfer.exe located in C:\Program Files\BirdieSync (where BirdieSync is installed) after your mobile device is connected and synchronized, do you have this window which opens again ?
Thanks.

Re: Sync process opens system32 folder
No, it doesn't even synchronize...
A few points i noticed :
- just after boot :
1) Plugging the device opens the explorer in the device dir
2) It doesn't open sys32 folder
3) it doesn't sync
- lauching "windows mobile device management" (don't know if it's the true name : i have it in french) in the control panel
1) Plugging the device opens sys32 folder
2) it opens thunderbird/lightning
3) it does sync
4) closing all
5) unplugging the device opens sys32 folder
Launching "birdietransfert.exe" doesn't do anything wherever i do it in the previous points...

Re: Sync process opens system32 folder
Hello,
After the synchronization, could you please send to support(at)birdiesync.com the full log archive built with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..."
Thanks.

Re: Sync process opens system32 folder
BirdieSync assistance help me a lot about that problem, using private email ; and in French !!!
Well !
Actualy, I had two problem :
1) the synchronisation was not more automatic (I had to launch manualy "Windows Mobile Device Manager" [WMDM])
2) plugging the device causes the opening of "system32 folder"
The solutions were :
1) Desinstall birdieSync and then WMDM
Install WMDM and then BirdieSync
2) Looking at "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\AutoStartOnConnect" and see a default key that has no value : put a space in the value.
For those who have the same problem unplugging the device, it is the key "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\AutoStartOnDisconnect"
Thanks a lot to BirdieSync assistance crew.
