registered but recieved no key

Hi forum,
As a new member and user of BirdieSync, I have registered and payed for a license key. However I have not yet recieved a license key. How can I get a license key from the distributers? :?:

Hello,

Thank you for having registered ! Did you check your spam folder ? Sometimes the registration mail is considered as spam. If you still cannot find it. Could you please send a mail directly to info(at)birdiesync.com ?

If other users have the same problem, please directly contact info(at)birdiesync.com
If you still have no answer, please use an alternative mail address (sometimes you never get answers to your mails when using a particular mail address).
It can be also useful to add birdiesync.com domain to your while list.

thanks Birdy, but in my spam box I couldn't find a notification. So I send an e-mail directly to the address you mentioned.
