sync problem

sync problem

hi,
i installed birdiesync and the newest versions of all the necessary software (TB, Lightning, AS) and to unlock my spv c600 wasn't a big deal.
when i want syncronize i get the following failure message: 85010014
in the options menu of the active sync i can't activate the necessary folders (cards, events, tasks), because theres no checkbox.

what goes wrong?

p.s. i'm working with the german version of TB.

Usually, when there are no checkboxes in ActiveSync options menu, it means that the mobile is not unlocked... But there can be other reasons (cf FAQ in help file).

You said that your mobile is unlocked but for instance with SPV orange mobile, they are not fully unlocked by the official procedure...
Did you have warning messages during the installation about the security policy ?
Could you send me the file BirdieSyncInstall.log usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp\ (send it to support@birdiesync.com).

It the problem is not related to the security policy of your mobile we'll investigate...

You need to unlock your phone using the steps outlined here (Orange Developer unlock doesnt work fully):

If you've got the AUK2 upgrade present then you'll need something to edit your registry - Mobile Registry Editor (http://www.breaksoft.com/Blog/Utilities ... ditor.aspx) works a treat :D
