Problem with sync.

Dear All!
Sorry for my English. I'm from Moscow, Russia.
May be somebody met the same problem:
Before I used sycnronization with Outlook 2007. Operation system is Vista 32, Thunderbird 2.0
After installation of BirdieSync my WMDC cannot connect with my ASUS P750 (WM 6.1.). It tries to connect for a long time and writing "Connecting"
but without success. Moreover after I uninstall birdiesync the same trouble occured with my outlook. So I don't know what to do.
Birdietransfer.exe was allowed in Firewall. What logs need I to see?

Hello Rogov,

Did you try what was mentioned in this FAQ topic ?
When you uninstalled BirdieSync, did you also uninstall BirdieSync mobile device part ?

Yes. But it didn't help

Of course, and made soft reset
