I'm interested to try BirdieSync, but I don't understood if work with Pocket PC 2000.

Someone can help me?

Hello,

Presently, BirdieSync doesn't support Pocket PC 2000. I don't know yet if it will support it in the future since unfortunately there are many differences with more recent mobile operating systems.
