I bought a new laptop-can I transfer my registration?

I bought a new laptop and was able to transfer all of my data beautifully using BirdieSync! I had paid for and registered BirdieSync on my old laptop, and now BirdieSync on my new laptop is saying I need to register. Do I have to pay for it again?

I lost my username ,password and regkey. so i registrated me again. Can you send me the reg key again ?
